The project will be articulated around seven workpackages:

WP1: Internet tool specification and design

• Task 1.1 : Specification of the information tool
• Task 1.2 : Design of the forms and process to be used to collect the information to input in the databases
• Task 1.3 : Specification of procedures to monitor the quality of the information provided by the SMEs and R&D providers
• Task 1.4 : Database and web site design and set-up

WP2: Internet tool initialisation process

• Task 2.1 : Mapping of projects in the transport sector that are either in gestation or are being negotiated and have provisions for including SMEs at a later stage
• Task 2.2 : Administration of the R&D performers questionnaire
• Task 2.3 : Administration of the SME questionnaire
• Task 2.4 : Information sharing with other databases
