Further event information (practical sessions and project meetings)

The project meetings will be supported strongly by experts implementing the programme of the practical sessions

Practical sessions

The practical sessions on 17th october from 2.15 pm to 4.30 pm. will be focussed on proposal and consortium preparation with the help of experts.

Programme

Formation of groups around 1 topic (5 min)
Each group will work/brainstorm on a proposal and a consortium, (40 min)

Workplan + workpackages

Indicative budget
Plenary presentation of proposal by each group, plus feedback (30 min)

Project meetings

Please find below description of some projects being prepared for the second Transport call. Coordinators of these project are open for any expressions of interest from European entities .

The projects will be presented during Euro Trans Days conference, 17-18.10.2007 in Warsaw, Poland. The proposal coordinators will held meetings during the conference, with all the partners interested in joining the proposal. Any entities interested in participating in these project meetings are encouraged to fill Partner Profile form below and to register to the conference at www.euro-trans.info and send to Mr. Mikolaj Pyczak (mikolaj.pyczak@kpk.gov.pl). enquiry on participating in project meeting.

If you are interested to propose your project idea and have a project meeting fill in the EoI - 2nd Transport Call 2008 form and send it to Mr. Mikolaj Pyczak (mikolaj.pyczak@kpk.gov.pl). Try also to invite as many as possible people you would like to talk to during the meeting.
